Volunteers are needed to greet people at our information booth at
the Heart of the Ozarks Fair, July 12th through the 17th.

Claire O'Shea has secured a building for Sowers Headquarters!  It is at 101 Washington Avenue, right next to Cup o' Joe's.

 

Claire is eager to get things rolling  there and we are having a short meeting this coming Saturday, July 10th, from 10:00 AM till 11:00 AM to talk about what is needed for the office and to plan a ribbon cutting for July 17th when Tommy Sowers is in  town.

 

If you would like to help us plan these things, please come join us this Saturday. If you have some ideas for something you might be willing to loan or donate to the office, call Claire at 240-498-1782.

Also,  I want everyone to let me know if you can work the booth at the fair next week. We will need someone from 4:30 PM till 7:30 PM  Monday through Saturday, and on Wednesday we will need to open at 11:30 AM till 7:30 PM- so we need lots of volunteers.
